Touché, a new musical comedy by Randy Redd and Blair Ross, begins performances today at Playwrights Horizons as part of the New York Musical Festival's Developmental Reading Series. It is directed by Richard
LaGravenese, with music direction by Adam Podd.

A rookie Madison
Avenue adman is sent to Moscow to launch a new men's aftershave. Instead, he unwittingly
reveals NASA's top-secret Apollo Project. A world-famous movie star, a secretary with a heart of
gold, Russian rocketeers, banjo-picking Marxists, a ballerina, a bitter shepherd, the CIA, the
KGB, Golda Meir, and a Soviet space dog mix it up to make Touché the musical comedy to end
all musical comedies.

Featured in the cast are George Abud (Peer Gynt), Kristen Cerelli, Austin Hohnke,
Johnny Kinnaird (Million Dollar Quartet), David Larsen (The Book of Mormon), Ashley Masula, Drew McVety (The Last Ship),
Jane Pfitsch (Allegro), Fred Rose (Company), Bruce Sabath
(Cagney), Vinnie Urdea, and William Oliver Watkins. Touché is produced by Retrop
Productions and 1248 Music Ink.

Performances are July 12 at 1:30pm, July 15 at 11:30am, and
July 15 at 3:30pm.
