The Steppenwolf Theatre production of Kenneth Lonergan's This Is Our Youth officially opened on September 11 at Broadway's Cort Theatre. Anna D. Shapiro's revival, which stars Kieran Culkin, Michael Cera, and Tavi Gevinson in their Broadway debuts, began performances on August 18.

Celebrity guests at the performance included Ewan McGregor, Cynthia Nixon, and Josh Hamilton of Broadway's The Real Thing, Winona Ryder, original This Is Our Youth star Mark Ruffalo, The Motherf**ker With the Hat's Bobby Cannavale, Chris Rock, and Yul Vázquez, opera star Renée Fleming, Ansel Elgort (The Fault in Our Stars), and Andrew Scott (Sherlock), among many others.
