Theresa Rebeck to Host 2018 Theatre Women Awards

The League of Professional Theatre Women has announced that Theresa Rebeck will host the 2018 Theatre Women Awards on Friday, March 16, at the TimesCenter.

In addition, Jocelyn Bioh (School Girls; or, The African Mean Girls Play), Celia Keenan-Bolger (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Roma Torre (NY1 anchor and theater critic), Karen Kandel (Mabou Mines coartistic director), Marshall Jones III (Crossroads Theatre Company producing artistic director) and Wayne Maugans (Voyage Theater Company founding artistic director), and Shelley Butler (South Coast Repertory world premiere of A Doll's House, Part 2) will present awards to previously announced honorees Phylicia Rashad, Adrienne Campbell-Holt, Linda Winder, Emily Joy Weiner, Rohina Malik, and Cricket S. Myers.

The League of Professional Theatre Women's annual Theatre Women Awards are dedicated to promoting the visibility of the theatrical work of female-identifying artists and their contributions to the field, across all disciplines.
