Red Bull Theater has announced the cast for Theresa Rebeck's The Way of the World, the next Revelation Reading, set for Monday, February 27, at the Lucille Lortel Theatre.

Directed by Rebeck, the play is freely adapted from William Congreve’s 18th-century comedy. The adaptation offers a contemporary retelling of the story, set in the hyper-rich Hamptons: "Can love emerge in a world where love has no value? A good-hearted heiress has become prey to the attentions of an amoral party boy. After he callowly seduces her aunt, making the older woman a figure of public ridicule, their romance is dead in the water. But his insistence on winning back the moneyed heroine fuels the summer’s gossip in the land of the one-percent."

The cast features Amir Arison (The Blacklist), Mark Linn-Baker (On the Twentieth Century), Josiah Bania (Ironbound), Tony nominee Kristine Nielsen (Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike), Hettienne Park (Seminar), Katie Paxton (Billy & Billie), David Turner (Sunday in the Park With George), and Zoe Winters (Small Mouth Sounds).
