Mo Brady and Nikka Graff Lanzarone have released the 38th and 39th episodes of their Broadway-themed podcast The Ensemblist, along with two new Broadway photography journals.

To ring out 2014, Brady and Lanzarone have offered listeners the chance to have their questions answered by Broadway performers Jess LeProtto and Tamika Lawrence. LeProtto, who has danced in several Broadway productions including On the Town, Newsies, and The Boy From Oz, discusses some of his most memorable opening-night gifts, as well as life on tour and his experience working with Hugh Jackman. Lawrence, whose Broadway credits include If/Then, Matilda The Musical, and The Book of Mormon, talks about auditions, her education, and the rehearsal process for If/Then.

Behind-the-scenes photos taken by Side Show swing Brandon Andrus will also be featured. One black-and-white photo will be released each day from December 29 to January 4 — Side Show's final day of performances. Rock of Ages' Cody Scott Lancaster, who has been in the role of Franz for over three years on Broadway, will also share a series of photos in the week before closing, from January 12-18. Each day, he will contribute a photo of each actress who played the role of Waitress #1 during his extended run with the popular musical.
