Artistic Director Lynne Meadow and Executive Producer Barry Grove have hired Stephen M. Kaus as associate artistic producer for Manhattan Theatre Club.

Kaus most recently spent the last five seasons as the producer at Williamstown Theatre Festival. He represented WTF on the 2014-2015 season Broadway transfers of that season’s The Visit, Living on Love, and the current MTC production of Fool for Love. Previous WTF-to-Broadway transfers shepherded by Kaus include The Elephant Man and The Bridges of Madison County. As a production stage manager, Kaus managed numerous shows at institutions that include the Public Theater, Roundabout Theatre Company, Lincoln Center Theater, Manhattan Theatre Club, McCarter Theatre, Huntington Theatre, Old Globe, Atlantic Theater Company, and on Broadway including The Merchant of Venice and Glengarry Glen Ross.

Kaus, who will work with Meadow on the eight productions of MTC's season, joins an artistic staff that includes Director of Artistic Operations Amy Loe, Director of Artistic Development Elizabeth Rothman, Line Producer Nicki Hunter, and Literary Manager Scott Kaplan.

"I am very happy to welcome Steve Kaus to Manhattan Theatre Club's artistic team," said Lynne Meadow, artistic director, in a statement. "I am looking forward to working with him. Steve brings with him a wealth of production experience and I know that he will be a valuable member of our artistic staff."
