Sierra Boggess and Julian Ovenden Sing Rodgers and Hammerstein at Carnegie Hall

The pair joined the New York Pops for its first concert of the fall.

Broadway vet Sierra Boggess (School of Rock) and stage and screen star Julian Ovenden (Downton Abbey) joined the New York Pops for the one-night-only concert My Favorite Things: The Songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein on Friday, October 9, at 8pm at Carnegie Hall.

The program, directed by conductor Steven Reineke, featured numbers from all 11 of the collaborations between Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II. Selections included "A Wonderful Guy" and "Some Enchanted Evening" from South Pacific, the title song from The Sound of Music, and "Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’" from Oklahoma!
