Broadway's Tony-winning musical A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder will welcome two-time Oliver Award nominee Scarlett Strallen to the cast beginning February 10. Strallen will take over the role of Sibella from original cast member Lisa O'Hare, who plays her final performance at the Walter Kerr Theatre on February 8.

Strallen previously appeared on Broadway as Lady Macduff in Kenneth Branagh’s Macbeth and as Mary in Mary Poppins — a role she also played in London and Sydney. Recent London credits include Cunegonde in Candide, Cassie in A Chorus Line, Kathy in Singin in the Rain (Olivier nomination), Clara in Passion at the Donmar Warehouse, Marian in The Music Man, Anne Page in Merry Wives with the Royal Shakespeare Co., Joesphine in HMS Pinafore (Olivier nomination), and Truly Scrumptious in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at the London Palladium.

A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder tells the story of Monty Navarro, who has received the news that he is descended from a noble family and could become the next Earl of Highhurst. There are only eight issues standing in his way: the other heirs (all played by a single actor) who precede him in line for the title. What does Monty choose to do? Eliminate them, of course.

Gentleman's Guide opened at the Walter Kerr Theatre on November 17, 2013, with Tony-nominated performances by Bryce Pinkham, Jefferson Mays, and Lauren Worsham. The show features a Tony-winning book and lyrics by Robert L. Freedman, Tony-nominated music and lyrics by Steven Lutvak, and Tony-winning direction by Darko Tresnjak. The cast is currently led by Jefferson Mays and Jeff Kready, who takes over as Monty Navarro during Bryce Pinkham's temporary absence.
