Feinstein's/54 Below has announced plans to present Broadway veteran Jay Armstrong Johnson (On the Town), currently starring on ABC's drama Quantico, in his venue solo debut on April 27, 29, and 30. Johnson will be joined by his talented friends for a personal evening celebrating theater and music.

Singing everything from Sondheim to Dixie Chicks, Johnson will be joined all three nights by a full eight-piece, all-star band and special guests Billy Lewis Jr. (Glee) and Lindsay Mendez (Wicked). On April 30, Todrick Hall (Todrick) will also guest-star alongside Lewis Jr. and Mendez.

Johnson's band will feature Rodney Bush on piano, Josh Plotner on reeds, Mark Van Ziegler on bass, Trey Ware on the drums, Allison Seidner on cello, Kiku Enumoto on violin, and Micah Burgess on guitar, with an additional musician to be announced. Bush also serves as musical director. Johnson's backup singers will Allison Robinson and Amanda Williams Ware.

Johnson is also hosting a campaign to produce a live album of the concert.

In addition to On the Town, Johnson's Broadway credits include Hands on a Hardbody, Hair, and Catch Me If You Can.
