54 Below is set to present Broadway's Luba Mason in concert on April 9. Her concert Mixtura has been specially updated with a version of her breakout number "Beautiful" by Michael Friedman from the Civilian's Pretty Filthy for this event.

Mason's Broadway credits include The Will Rogers Follies, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Chicago, Jekyll & Hyde, and The Capeman. Most recently, she starred in the off-Broadway musical Pretty Filthy, the Civilian's take on the porn industry. As a recording artist and now wife of Latin superstar Rubén Blades, she has released two albums: Collage (PS Classics) and Krazy Love (Sunnyside Records).

Mixtura features a hybrid musical format consisting of various styles and languages. The 54 Below evening will include the work of diverse songwriters such as Van Morrison, Cole Porter, Kander and Ebb, and Lou Reed in addition to original songs from her Brazilian jazz album Krazy Love.
