Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Jerry Mitchell will helm the 25th Edition of Broadway Bares on June 21 at the Hammerstein Ballroom.

Mitchell conceived and directed the first 13 editions of Broadway Bares and has served as executive producer ever since. He created Broadway Bares when he was a dancer in The Will Rogers Follies.

"What started as me and six Broadway friends wanting to do more for Broadway Cares has turned into an annual night-to-remember that you simply can't miss," Mitchell said in a statement. "I created a show from my heart and audiences have continued to embrace it. Now every year, we get to take off our clothes, raise a heck of a lot of money and truly make a difference in the lives of men, women and children across the country."

Since its inception, Broadway Bares has raised $12.6 million for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. This annually sold-out event combines the naughtiness of burlesque and the razzle-dazzle of Broadway, with over 200 dancers from New York taking the stage.

This year's theme and special guests will be announced in the spring.
