Phillip Boykin, Julie Halston, and More Round Out Cast for Barbara Siegel Tribute

Broadway stars will honor the longtime theater journalist.

Final casting has been announced for the pair of concerts honoring theater journalist Barbara Siegel at the Metropolitan Room on January 27.

The 7pm performance is slated to include Tony winner Chuck Cooper (Amazing Grace), Tony nominee Robert Cuccioli (Rothschild and Sons), Tony nominee Stephanie D'Abruzzo (Avenue Q), Jason Graae (Inventing Mary Martin), Tony nominee Lisa Howard (It Shoulda Been You), Tony winner Beth Leavel (The Drowsy Chaperone), Karen Mason (Mamma Mia!), Luba Mason (Pretty Filthy), Ryan Silverman (Side Show), two-time Tony nominee Mary Testa (First Daughter Suite), Michael Winther (33 Variations), and Tony nominee Josh Young (Amazing Grace), who will also perform the second show.

The 9:30pm show will feature Christina Bianco (Application Pending), John Bolton (Dames at Sea), Tony nominee Phillip Boykin (On the Town), Drama Desk winner Jim Brochu (Character Man), two-time Tony nominee Alison Fraser (First Daughter Suite), Julie Halston (You Can't Take It With You), Julia Murney (Wicked), Tony winner Alice Ripley (Next to Normal), Margo Seibert (Rocky), Tony nominee Emily Skinner (Billy Elliot: The Musical), and two-time Tony nominee Bob Stillman (Songbird).

For 18 years, Siegel served as a nominator for the Drama Desk, with 12 years leading the team as chairperson. She has also served as a nominator for the Outer Critics Circle. The concerts will be produced by Siegel's husband, Scott Siegel, and will benefit the Actor's Fund.
