Flashback Friday: With Easter Approaching, Judy Garland and Fred Astaire Sing a Classic

This video will make you the hit of your ”Easter Parade”.

Easter is this Sunday, April 16, and what better way to celebrate than with an Irving Berlin classic sung by Judy Garland and Fred Astaire? While "Easter Parade" is the title song from the 1948 film, this Great American Songbook classic was first published in 1933 and popularized in the musical As Thousands Cheer, and dates back even earlier, to a 1917 tune called "Smile and Show Your Dimple," which shares the same melody. (It also appears in last year's Broadway production of Holiday Inn as well as the 1942 film.) But there's no better rendition than this.
