Consent, a new play written and directed by David Rhodes, will premiere at the Black Box Theatre at The Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre, with performances beginning June 2 and an opening night set for June 11. Rhodes will also direct.

In Consent, "Ron Sullivan, former pro-NFL player and award-winning architect, is experimenting with sexual freedom in his SoHo loft. Done with coming out and nearly divorced from his high school sweetheart, Ron has a chance encounter with Kurt, a hot Yale law student, that pushes him to the edge of his sexual boundaries."

The cast of Consent includes Catherine Curtin, Michael Goldstein, Angela Pierce, and Mark McCullough Thomas.

The production features scenic design by Scott Tedmon-Jones, costume design by Izzy Fields, lighting design by John Eckert, sound design by Chad Raines, video design by Chelsie McPhilimy, and props by Addison Herren.
