Robin De Jesús, Ariana DeBose, and Others Set for Broadway Sings Bowie | Prince

Stars of ”Hamilton”, ”The Book of Mormon”, and more will lend their voices to the celebration.

Performers have been announced for the 14th installment of the acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series, Broadway Sings Bowie|Prince, which will take place February 6 at Highline Ballroom.

The concert will feature the talents of Tony nominee Robin De Jesús (La Cage aux Follies), Ariana DeBose (A Bronx Tale — The Musical), Joel Perez (Fun Home), and Jessica Keenan Wynn (Beautiful — The Carole King Musical), as well as Andrew Chappelle (Hamilton), Gregory Haney (Hamilton), Van Hughes (Spring Awakening), Ruby Lewis (Paramour), Corey Mach (Hands on a Hardbody), Jennifer Noble (Ghost), Kyle Taylor Parker (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory), John Pinto Jr. (The Book of Mormon), Jelani Remy (The Lion King), Dee Roscioli (Fiddler on the Roof), and Christina Sajous (Baby It’s You).

The one-night-only event will feature completely new arrangements of the hits of David Bowie and Prince, accompanied by a 14-piece band playing original orchestrations. Broadway Sings' first double bill, the show will give tribute to both of these groundbreaking musical innovators and their greatest songs, including David Bowie's "Starman," "Under Pressure," and "Life on Mars," and Prince's "When Doves Cry", "Purple Rain", and "Little Red Corvette". The music will be orchestrated and arranged by Joshua Stephen Kartes.
