The Last Ship, the new musical by Sting, John Logan, and Brian Yorkey, opened at the Neil Simon Theatre on October 26. Following the performance, the cast, led by Michael Esper and Rachel Tucker, joined a list of well-wishers including Billy Joel, Robert De Niro, and Debbie Harry, at Pier 60 at Chelsea Piers to celebrate the occasion. Joe Mantello directs the production, which features choreography by Steven Hoggett.
