Jessie Mueller, Beautiful — The Carole King Musical, and Frozen Are Grammy Winners

Broadway favorites take home the gold.

The 57th Annual Grammy Awards are currently being presented in a ceremony at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. The Broadway production of Beautiful — The Carole King Musical has won the prestigious honor in the category of Best Musical Theater Album.

With Beautiful's win, principal cast member Jessie Mueller (a 2014 Tony and Drama Desk winner) is now also a Grammy Award winner, alongside producers Jason Howland, Steve Sidwell, and Billy Jay Stein, composer and lyricist Carole King, and the Ghostlight/Razor & Tie record label.
