Williamstown Theatre Festival has announced that Ana Gasteyer, an alum of Saturday Night Live and Broadway's Wicked, will make her Williamstown debut in a one-night-only performance on August 10. Her solo show, titled Ana Gasteyer: Swing With a Handsome Woman, will begin at 7:30pm.

The comedian and classically trained songstress will perform "saucy" stand-up and "sultry" standards. The show replaces the previously announced Darrell Hammond Project, which has been canceled because of scheduling conflicts.

Gasteyer's debut album I’m Hip was released this fall and was a hit on the jazz charts. She recently starred on the ABC’s hit comedy The Goldbergs, Fox's The Mindy Project, HBO's Girls, and CBS' The Good Wife.

Her Broadway credits include roles in Threepenny Opera, The Royal Family, and Wicked, as Elphaba. Most recently, she appeared on the New York stage as mother to Jonathan Groff in William Finn and James Lapine's A New Brain.

Each WTF season is designed to present unique opportunities for artists and audience by revisiting classic plays with innovative productions, developing and nurturing bold new plays and musicals, and offering a rich array of accompanying cultural events.
