Full casting has been announced for the Soho Rep.-Theatre for a New Audience return engagement of Branden Jacobs-Jenkins' acclaimed dark comedy An Octoroon. The production runs February 14-March 8 at TFANA's Polonsky Shakespeare Center in Brooklyn after a sold-out 2014 run at Soho Rep. Opening night is scheduled for February 26.

Leading the company is Amber Gray as Zoe, who reprises her performance from the Soho Rep. run. Maechi Aharanwa, Pascale Armand, Danielle Davenport, Ian Lassiter, Austin Smith, Haynes Thigpen, and Mary Wiseman complete the cast.

Directed by Sarah Benson, An Octoroon is a meta-melodrama version of the antebellum play The Octoroon, written by Dion Boucicault. The plot is described as follows: "Judge Peyton is dead, and his plantation Terrebonne is in financial ruins. Peyton's handsome nephew George arrives as heir apparent, and quickly falls in love with Zoe, a beautiful 'octoroon.' But the evil overseer M'Closky has other plans — for both Terrebonne and Zoe."

The creative team includes Mimi Lien (sets), Wade Laboissonniere
(costumes), Matt Frey (lights), Matt Tierney (sound), Jeff Sugg (projections), Cookie Jordan (wigs and makeup), César Alvarez (songs, music, and music director), David Brimmer (fight director), David Neumann (choreography), and J. Noah Mease (props).
