Robert Petkoff Will Play Veep to Bryan Cranston's LBJ in Broadway's All The Way

Say hello to Hubert Humphrey.

Robert Petkoff will play Vice President Hubert Humphrey to Bryan Cranston's President Lyndon B. Johnson in the upcoming Broadway production of Robert Schenkkan's All the Way. Directed by Bill Rauch, the drama begins previews February 10 at the Neil Simon Theatre, with an opening night set for March 6.

Petkoff was last seen on Broadway in Anything Goes, and his many stage credits include Fiddler on the Roof, Ragtime, and The Cradle Will Rock. Hubert Humphrey, Jr. served as Johnson's vice president from 1965 to 1969 after serving as a Minnesota senator from 1949-1964. After losing the 1968 presidential election to Richard Nixon, he once again got elected to the Senate, serving from 1971-1978.

Also featured in the company are Michael McKean as J. Edgar Hoover, Brandon J. Dirden as Martin Luther King, Jr., Rob Campbell as Governor George Wallace, John McMartin as Senator Richard Russell, and Roslyn Ruff as Fannie Lou Hamer/Coretta Scott King. Additional casting will be announced in the coming days.

The production includes set design by Christopher Acebo, costume design by Deborah M. Dryden, lighting design by Jane Cox, composition and sound design by Paul James Prendergast, and video projections by Shawn Sagady. The projection-design consultant is Wendall K. Harrington.
