Not gonna lie, we were kinda shocked when Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark announced that it would end its Broadway run on January 4 and head west to Los Vegas. This musical, coauthored by Bono, The Edge, Julie Taymor, Glen Berger, and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, seemed as invincible as its hero, fending off bad press, multiple delays, and a slew of dangerous accidents in the same way that Spider-Man himself took on the Green Goblin (and won).

Here's a photo of the unsung heroes of the production, the multiple spider-men who strut their stuff nightly doing all of the stunts, flying around the Foxwoods Theatre, and truly risking their lives to bring joy to thousands of people each night.
