Broadway and West End stage veteran Alexandra Silber (Master Class) will star in the Vineyard Theatre's production of the new Victor Lodato/Polly Pen musical Arlington. Directed by Carolyn Cantor, the work begins previews February 12 with an opening set for March 2.

Silber takes on the role of Sara Jane, a young wife struggling to remain hopeful, despite a growing concern that something is not quite right, while her soldier husband is at war. Silber previously appeared in a version of the musical as part of the 2012 musical series Inner Voices. Silber's stage credits also include off-Broadway's Hello Again and West End revivals of Carousel and Fiddler on the Roof, as well as The Woman in White.

Arlington features a score by Pen, whose relationship with the Vineyard includes her musicals Goblin Market, Bed and Sofa, and Christina Alberta's Father. Playwright/novelist Lodato contributes the book and lyrics. The creative team also includes Dane Laffrey (scenic design), Tyler Micoleau (lighting design), Dan Moses Schreier (sound design), and Tony winner Jess Goldstein (costume design).
