Young Jean Lee, Robert Wilson, et al. Set for Baryshnikov Arts Center Season

The Baryshnikov Arts Center has announced its selections for its spring 2012 performance season, according to The New York Times.

The season begins with Young Jean Lee’s Untitled Feminist Show which runs January 12-28 as part of P.S. 122’s Coil festival.

It will be followed by Kidd Pivot Frankfurt RM’s The You Show, (February 23-24), a series of four short works set to a score by Owen Belton; Robert Wilson’s On the Beach (April 5-7), which features five teams of artists staging five different sections of Philip Glass’ opera Einstein on the Beach, and the United States premiere of La Travesia (June 14-17), a dance theater piece by choreographer Julia Koch and the director Daniel Zippi.
