Jason Graae, Howard McGillin, Laura Osnes, et al. Set for 92Y’s Makin’ Whoopee

Tony Award nominee Laura Osnes will join previously announced stars Christine Andreas, Jason Graae, Howard McGillin, Wililam Bolcom and Joan Morris, and Vince Giordano in Makin’ Whoopee: Walter Donaldson, Gus Kahn and the Jazz Age, to be offered at the 92Y, January 7-9, as part of the Lyrics and Lyricists series. Charles Osgood will host the event.

The concert, which has been created by musical theater historian Robert Kimball, will showcase the songwriting duo Donaldson & Kahn, who penned such hits as “Yes Sir, That’s My Baby,” “Love Me or Leave Me,” and “Makin’ Whoopee,” among others.

Osnes is currently appearing in the Broadway musical Bonnie & Clyde, which closes on December 30. Her other Broadway credits include Anything Goes, South Pacific, and Grease.
