Eric Comstock’s New CD Bitter/Sweet Set for December 6 Release by Harbinger Records

Eric Comstock’s Bitter/Sweet will be released by Harbinger Records on December 6. As previously announced, the debut of the disc will be celebrated with a performance and CD-signing at Barnes & Noble at Lincoln Triangle.

The disc features Comstock, along with guitarist Randy Napoleon, performing such songs as “I Have Dreamed,” “This Can’t Be Love,” “Gone With the Wind,” “Wrap Your Troubles in Dreams,” “A Nightingale Snag in Berkeley Square,” and “If I Had You.” The album also includes “Two for the Road,” for which Comstock is joined by Barbara Fasano.

In related news, Comstock and Fasano will offer Helluva Town: A New York Soundtrack at the Oak Room Supper Club at the Algonquin Hotel, January 4-15. In the show, the duo will offer songs from such musicals as On the Town, 42nd Street, Golden Boy, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Sweet Smell of Success and Promises, Promises, as well as material from the silver screen, pop-singer/songwriters, and the jazz songbook..
