Andre De Shields, Christopher Innvar, Everett Quinton, Charlayne Woodard, et al. Set for Red Bull Theater’s The Witch of Edmonton

Red Bull Theater has announced revised casting for The Witch of Edmonton, which will begin previews at the Theater at St. Clement’s on January 25 in anticipation of an official opening on January 30. Jesse Berger will direct the production, which will use his new adaptation of the Jacobean play.

Based on the script by Thomas Dekker, John Ford and William Rowley, the piece looks at how the lives of a group of people in a small town can intersect, often in strange and spellbinding ways.

The company will feature Craig Baldwin, Justin Blanchard, Andre De Shields, Adam W. Green, Christopher Innvar, Carman Lacivita, Christopher McCann, Christina Pumariega, Amanda Quaid, Everett Quinton, Miriam Silverman, Derek Smith, Sam Tsoutsouvas, Raphael Nash Thompson, and Charlayne Woodard.

The creative team will include Anka Lupes (scenic design), Cait O’Connor (costume design), Peter West (lighting design), Daniel Levy (original music), and Elizabeth Rhodes (sound design).
