Rattlestick’s Post No Bills Extends Through December 19

Rattlestick Playwights Theater has announced an extension of its world premiere production of Mando Alvarado’s Post No Bills, which will now close December 19. Michael Ray Escamilla directs.

Alvarado’s “Tex-Mex play with music” centers on a woman who, dreaming of becoming a singer/songwriter, has fled to a big city from the small town in which she grew up. The cast features Audrey Esparza, Teddy Canez, John Martin Green, and Wade Allain-Marcus.

The creative team includes Sandra Rubio (original music), Raul Abrego (scenic design), Ren Ladassor (costume design), Joel Moritz (lighting design), Eric Shim (sound design), and Randall Eng (music direction).
