Liv Ullmann to Discuss A Streetcar Named Desire at Paley Center

Stage and screen star Liv Ullmann will participate in a conversation about her work following the premiere screening of Kirk Simon and Karen Goodman’s new documentary The Sealed Orders of Liv Ullman on December 14 at 6:45pm at The Paley Center for Media.

Simon and Goodman’s film follows Ullmann while she mentors a group of young actors through scenes from Tennessee Williams’ A Streetcar Named Desire. During the conversation, which will also include Simon and Goodman, Ullmann will discuss her adaptation of the play,. which is currently running at the Brooklyn Academy of Music starring Cate Blanchett, and various television versions of the work that are in the Play Center collection.
