Betsy Morgan to Join Cast of NYC’s The Fantasticks

Betsy Morgan is set to play Luisa in the Off Broadway revival of The Fantasticks, beginning December 22. She replaces Margaret Anne Florence, who will play her final performance, December 17.

The Harvey Schmidt-Tom Jones musical is a simple romantic comedy about a boy and girl who fall in and out of love at the hands of their meddling fathers. Morgan will join a cast that features Nick Spangler, Tom Flagg, Steve Routman, Lewis Cleale, Gene Jones, John Thomas Waite, Michael Nostrand, Jordan Nichols, Richard Roland, and Evy Ortiz.

Morgan’s Broadway credits include The Little Mermaid and High Fidelity. Other New York credits include The Addams Family, Prairie, Leap of Faith, Memphis, and Bernarda Alba.
