Chuck Cooper to Appear in Opera in Eden

Tony Award winner Chuck Cooper will be among the artists participating in Opera in Eden, a free evening of works of progress from members of the American Lyric Theater’s development program, to take pkace at 7pm on Monday, January 7 at Symphony Space’s Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theater.

The event , to be moderated by Mark Adamo, will consist of presentations of Adam and Eve by Patrick Soluri and Quincy Long, Altezura by Alexsandra Vrebalov and Deborah Breevort, The Hunger Artby Jeff Myers and Royce Vavrek, Nora at the Altar Rail by Jay Anthony Gach and Royce Vavrek, and Nylons by Christian Amigo and Emily Charlotte Conbere.

In addition to Cooper, guest artists will include Amanda Pabyan, David Korn, Sarah Heltzel, Christopher Burchett, Jennifer Roderer, Jeffrey Picon, and Edwin Vega. Cooper won the Tony Award for The Life and has starred in such shows as Chicago and Caroline, or Change.
