Kiki & Herb to Return to Joe’s Pub in January

The popular performance art duo Kiki & Herb will return to Joe’s Pub (425 Lafayette Street) on Sundays, January 4, 11, 18, 25 at 11:30pm.
Kiki (played by Justin Bond) is a brash, boozy septuagenarian chanteuse who is wont to share her political opinions and social commentary with audiences, and Herb (played by Kenny Mellman) is her stalwart accompanist.
Earlier this year, the pair starred at the Helen Hayes Theater in Kiki & Herb Alive on Broadway, in which they offered their own takes on songs by such artists as The Cure, Bob Merrill, Dan Fogelberg, and The Mountain Goats. The duo have also played such diverse venues as Carnegie Hall, The Bowery Ballroom, and Fez.
