Callaway, Cook, LuPone, McDonald, et al. Set to Play OCPAC

Liz Callaway, Barbara Cook, Jason Graae, Patti LuPone, Amanda McBroom, and Audra McDonald are among the artists who will perform at the Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa, California in the coming months.

Broadway favorites Callaway and Graae will play OCPAC’s Samueli Theatre, December 28-31. Tony Award winner LuPone will bring her show The Lady with the Torch to that theater, January 18-21, while Amanda McBroom, the singer/songwriter best known for “The Rose,” will be in residence at the Samueli, March 22-25.

Tony winners Cook and McDonald, who have performed together frequently, will play the larger Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall at 8pm on Friday, January 5 for a one-night concert.

Segerstrom Hall is currently home to the national tour of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, through December 31. Future attractions include the national tours of Pippin (January 2-7), Annie (January 30-February 11), Chita Rivera: The Dancer’s Life (March 20-25), The Light in the Piazza (May 11-13), and All Shook Up (May 29-June 20).
