Rocky Star Margo Seibert and Writers Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty to Take Part in They Write the Songs Concert

The Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs has announced the performers who will take part in the second annual MAC Presents They Write the Songs concert, to be held Sunday, November 17, at Baruch Performing Arts Center's Engelman Recital Hall.
Performers and songwriters will include Margot Seibert (Rocky), Kenita Miller (Working), Jason "SweetTooth" Williams (Bloodsong of Love), Lorinda Lisitza, Angela Shultz, Stacie Perlman, Steven Ray Watkins, Rob Langeder, Karen Mack, Jeremy Morse, Scott Coulter, Marcy Heisler, Zina Goldrich, Lois Morton, Lynn Ahrens, Stephen Flaherty, Joe Iconis, Sam Carner, Derek Gregor, Bobby Cronin, and Andrew Sotomayor.
During the concert, awards will be presented to Amanda Yesnowitz and Debra Abramson, as well as Shaina Taub. The event will culminate in an interview with songwriters Ahrens and Flaherty conducted by Julie Gold, as well as a performance of several songs by the writing team.
