Preview Pulitzer Prize Winner Beth Henley's The Jacksonian at The New Group

Pulitzer Prize winner Beth Henley's The Jacksonian is currently receiving its New York premiere. The New Group production will play at Theatre Row's Acorn Theater through December 22. Robert Falls (Desire Under the Elms) directs.

The Jacksonian stars Ed Harris (Taking Sides), Glenne Headly (Arms and the Man), Bill Pullman (The Other Place), Amy Madigan (A Streetcar Named Desire), and Juliet Brett. The plot follows respectable dentist Bill Perch as he moves into the seedy Jacksonian Motel after being kicked out of his home by his wife.
