Written by husband-wife team Jim and Ruth Bauer, the musical uses video, dance and music to tell the story of four friends living through the periods spanned by two world wars.

The cast for the recording includes Jim Bauer, Meghan McGeary, Jen Chapin, David Driver, special guest Hanna Cheek and original members of The Weimarband. The album was recorded at KMA Studios in New York City in 2010 by engineer Mark Rubinstein, and mixed and mastered by producer/engineer Robbie Bronnimann in the U.K. in 2011.
