Citi Pond at Bryant Park rang in the holiday season with the lighting of its 53-foot Douglas Fir holiday tree on Tuesday, November 29.

The event featured musical performances by Grammy Award-winner Sarah McLachlan, The Brooklyn Youth Chorus, Porgy and Bess star Norm Lewis, and cast members from Mamma Mia! and Million Dollar Quartet.

In addition, skaters Steve Cousins, John Zimmerman, Kiyoko Ina and the Haydenettes took to the ice despite sporadic downpours of rain.
