Holly Hunter Set for Jackie Film

Stage and screen star Holly Hunter will play one of the lead roles in the Dutch road movie Jackie, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Antoinette Beum will direct.

The film will also star real-life sisters Carice van Houten and Jelka van Houten who portray Dutch twin sisters who come to America looking for their long-lost mother (Hunter).

Hunter’s Broadway credits include Beth Henley’s Crimes of the Heart and The Wake of Jamey Foster. She won an Academy Award for The Piano, and received Oscar nominations for Broadcast News, The Firm, and Thirteen.
