Company XIV to Present Return Engagement of Snow White

Company XIV will present a return engagement of the family holiday show, Snow White, conceived, choreographed and directed by Austin McCormick, with new text by Jeff Takacs. It will play 303 Bond Street Theatre in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, December 2-January 15, with an opening on December 4.

Originally presented in 2009, the show takes its inspiration from the Brothers Grimm version of the beloved fairy tale, blending opera, circus, dance, theatre, projection and lavish design.

The production will star Laura Careless as the evil Queen and Gracie White as Snow White, along with Marisol Cabrera, Sean Gannon, Davon Rainey, Jeff Takacs, Ashley Handel, Sam Hilbelink, Joseph McEachern, and Cailan Orn.

Opera singer Lauren-Michelle will sing arias and songs by Ottorino Respighi, Charles Gounod and Roger Quilter. The show will also feature performers from Circus Juventas, who join the Company XIV ensemble as guest artists.


The creative team will includes Zane Pihlstrom (set design), Gina Scherr (lighting design), Olivera Gajic (costume design) and Corey Tatarczuk (projection design).
