LAByrinth Theater Company has announced additional plays, directors and actors for its 12th annual Barn Series, a year-long festival of free staged readings highlighting 13 new plays. The readings are being presented throughout the company’s 2011-2012 season at its new home at the Bank Street Theater.

Bobby Cannavale, Salvatore Inzerillo, and Lili Taylor will star in a reading of Deep Trees, by Andrea Ciannavei, directed by Scott Illingworth on December 5 at 8pm.

On December 14 and 15, there will be presentations of two one-act plays: Antidote, by Bob Glaudini, directed by Lola Glaudini, featuring John Diehl, Marco Greco & Gregg Henry; and Snapshot, by Brett C. Leonard, with cast and director to be announced.

Philip Seymour Hoffman will direct Ask/Tell on December 18 and 19 at 7pm, with the cast to be announced at a later date.

Admission to the readings is free. Advanced reservations can be made only by LABpass Members, though seating will be on first-come, first-served basis for the general public. Patrons are advised to arrive at the theater at least one half-hour before each reading is scheduled to begin.
