Sarah Jessica Parker, Damian Woetzel to Host Ovation’s Battle of the Nutcrackers: Dance Off

Stage and screen star Sarah Jessica Parker and former New York City Ballet dancer Damian Woetzel will host Battle of the Nutcrackers: Dance Off on the Ovation network. The series is scheduled to debut on December 6.
During the series, Ovation will feature a different production of the beloved ballet each evening and viewers will be invited to vote for their favorite rendition online. The Viewers’ Choice will be revealed on Christmas Eve. A marathon of all the Nutcracker productions will air all day on Christmas Day.
Parker and Woetzel will introduce all of the productions and provide insight and commentary about the ballet companies, the dancers and the tradition of the Nutcracker. Among the companies to be featured are The Royal Ballet, Casse Noisette Circus, the Berlin State Opera Ballet, and the Bolshoi Ballet.
