On Monday, November 2, The Actors Fund’s annual all-star concert, Nothing Like a Dame: A Party for Comden and Green, played at The Laura Pels Theater, benefiting the Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative.

The show featured the music of Adolph Green — Newman’s late husband — and his longtime songwriting partner Betty Comden. Hal Prince was the evening’s special guest of honor. Carl Andress directed the evening, which featured musical staging by Denis Jones and musical direction by Larry Yurman.
