Tony Award winner and two-time Emmy nominee Jane Krakowski participated in a Friday, November 22 lighting ceremony at the Empire State Building. The tower lights of the building were turned blue in celebration of the S.L.E. Lupus Foundation Life Without Lupus 40th Gala.

The actress, who was also the headline performer at the gala, was joined in the ceremony by Susan Golick & Morrie Golick, founders of S.L.E Lupus Foundation and the event’s honorees.

Proceeds from the gala go to support the ongoing care of those in New York City suffering from the autoimmune disease.

Krakowski won Tony, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Awards for her performance in the revival of Nine. Her many other stage credits include Starlight Express, Grand Hotel, Damn Yankees, and Guys and Dolls. She is perhaps best known for playing Jenna Maroney on NBC’s 30 Rock, and has also co-starred on television’s Ally McBeal.
