Laura Linney and Jordan Roth to Be Honored at New York Stage and Film Gala

New York Stage and Film will honor actress Laura Linney and Jujamcyn Theaters President Jordan Roth at its 2010 Winter Gala, to be held on Sunday, December 12 at The Plaza Hotel. All proceeds from the evening will benefit New York Stage and Film’s support of artists from around the country in the development and production of original work for theater and film.

Linney is currently starring on stage in Time Stands Still, for which she received a 2010 Tony Award nomination. Her other stage credits include Sight Unseen, The Crucible, Uncle Vanya, and Holiday. She is a three-time Academy Award for The Savages, Kinsey, and You Can Count on Me. She is a three-time Emmy Award winner for John Adams, Frasier and Wild Iris and currently stars on Showtime’s The Big C.
