Soho Rep has announced that its presentation of Jomama Jones: Radiate, running December 29 - January 15, will coincide with the release of the performer's new album, also called Radiate. Kym Moore will direct the production, which will have music direction by Bobby Halvorson.

In her new piece, Jones spins a classic American comeback story, exploring her life and career highs and lows through song and narrative.

Jones is perhaps best known for her R&B hits like "Ghetto (In My Mind)" and "Afromatic." Among her film appearances are Sister Soul and the Coloniers From Mars. Among her recent projects, the album, Lone Star, created in collaboration with Halvorson.

The band for the show will be led by Halvorson and feature Ted Cruz, Sean Dixon, Michael O'Brien and Kelly Rossum. The creative team will include Arnulfo Maldonado (set design), Lucrecia Briceno (lighting design), Oana Botez-Ban (costume design), and Nick Kourtides (sound design).
