The soundtrack from Rob Marshall's new movie Nine, will be released digitally by Geffen Records on December 15 and available for purchase in stores on December 22.

The disc will include songs familiar from the Broadway incarnation of the show, such as "Unusual Way," "Be Italian," "My Husband Makes Movies," and "Call From the Vatican," as well as songs that composer Maury Yeston has written specifically for the movie, including The Ron Fair Remix of "Cinema Italiano" sung by the Oscar-nominated Kate Hudson, which marks the actress' premiere as a recording artist.

The cast for Nine features Daniel Day-Lewis (Guido Contini), Penélope Cruz (Carla), Marion Cotillard (Luisa), Nicole Kidman (Claudia), Judi Dench (Lillie), Kate Hudson (Stephanie), Fergie (Saraghina), and Sophia Loren (Mamma). The film will open in New York and Los Angeles on December 18, and nationwide on Christmas Day.

Bonus material on the disc will be a remix of this song "Cinema Italiano" (available digitally December 8), a version of "Unusual Way" performed by Griffith Frank, "Quando Quando Quando," performed by Fergie and "Io Baci, Tu Baci," performed by The Noisettes.
