Also making appearances in the parade will be Spring Awakening stars Jonathan Groff and Lea Michele, country singer-songwriter -- and soon-to-be-Broadway composer -- Dolly Parton, High School Musical star Corbin Bleu, original Phantom of the Opera star Sarah Brightman, Nikki Blonsky and dancers from the film version of Hairspray, Tony Award winner Anika Noni Rose, the Radio City Rockettes, and cabaret favorite Michael Feinstein.
The parade's opening number, "Making Magic," written by Feinstein and Bill Schermerhorn, Macy's creative director, will be performed by 500 kids from Camp Broadway, an award-winning theater arts education and audience development company.
