Linklater, Potter, et al. Join Burton, Rees for LATW’s Major Barbara

Full casting has been announced for the L.A. Theatre Works’ production of George Bernard Shaw’s Major Barbara, to play December 12-16 at the Skirball Cultural Center. The performances, which will be directed by Dakin Matthews, will be taped for later radio broadcast.

Joining previously announced stars Roger Rees as Andrew Undersahft and Kate Burton as Lady Undershaft will be Kirsten Potter (Barbara Undershaft), Hamish Linklater (Stephen Undershaft), Missy Yager (Sarah Undershaft), Henri Lubatti (Adolphus Cousins), JB Blanc (Bill Walker), Amelia White (Rummy Mitchens/Mrs. Baines), and Brian George (Morrison/Peter Shirley)

Shaw’s play focuses on Barbara, a major in the Salvation Army who is also the daughter of a man who ‘s made millions from the sale of war weapons.
