Countryman, Daly, Roberts, et al. Added to Food for Thought Series

Lynn Cohen, Sam Coppola, Michael Countryman, Tyne Daly, Kristen Lowman, and Tony Roberts have been added to the line-up of the Food For Thought series of lunchtime theater at the Players Club (16 Gramercy Park South.)

On Monday, November 27, Coppola and Lowman will star in two one-act plays, Arthur Miller’s Elegy for a Lady and Susan Charlotte’s adaptation of Huy de Maupassant’s The Jewels, both directed by Anthony Marsellis.

On Wednesday, November 29, Countryman, Daly and Lowman will star in August Strindberg’s The Stronger and Charlotte’s adaptation of Charlotte Perkins Gilman’s The Yellow Wallpaper, both directed by Daly.

On Thursday, December 7, Cohen and Roberts will star in Tennessee Williams’ The Enemy: TIme, a one-act versison of his Sweet Bird of Youth and Charlotte’s adaptation of Joseph Conrad’s short sotry Youth; both pieces will be directed by Marsellis.
