Busch, Dale, Errico, Naughton, et al. to Salute Michael Stewart at NYPL

Charles Busch, Jim Dale, Melissa Errico, and James Naughton will be among the performers at The Colors of My Life: The Musical Theater of Michael Stewart, a free program to take place at 6pm on Monday, November 20 at the Bruno Walter Auditorium of the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts (111 Amsterdam Avenue). Stewart wrote the books from such shows as Bye Bye Birdie, Carnival, and Hello, Dolly!, and the book and lyrics for I Love My Wife, and the lyrics for Barnum.

Other participating artists will be Anna Bergman, Klea Blackhurst, Jessica Grove, Jon Peterson, Lee Roy Reams, Steve Ross, Evan Stern, KT Sullivan, the songwriting team of Lee Adams and Charles Strouse, who wrote Bye Bye Birdie, and the event’s writers, Barry Day and Francine Pascal.
