Vanessa Aspillaga, Jeffrey DeMunn, David Zayas, Portia, et al. Set for LAByrnith’s 2005 Barn Series Festival

Vanessa Aspillaga, Ron Cephas Jones, Jeffrey DeMunn, Portia, Phyllis Somerville, Lauren Velez, and David Zayas are among those set to participate in the LAByrnith Theater Company’s 2005 Barn Series Festival of free readings, to be held December 2-19 at the Public Theater.

This year’s series will feature Carlo’s Alban’s Intringulis, Stephen Belber’s A Small Melodramatic Story, Eric Bogosian’s 1+1, Raul Castillo’s City of Palms, Andrea Ciannavei’s Pretty Chin Up, Cusi Cram’s All the Bad Things, Stephen Adly Giurgis’s The Little Flower of East Orange, Brett C. Leonard’s No Viet Cong Ever Called Me Nigger, Megan Mostyn-Brown’s Going After Alice, and Michael Puzzo’s She Talks to Rainbows.

Other actors who’ll be featured in the readings are Chris McGarry, Katie Nehra, Justin Reinsilber, Maggie Bofill, Alexis Croucher, Felix Solis, Doug Stender, Buzz Bovshow, Beth Cole, Sal Inzerillo, Jen Grant, Alexa Scott-Flaherty, Elizabeth Canavan, Richie Petrocelli, Chris Chalk, Trevor Long, Stephen Payne, Laura Hughes, Marshall Sharer, and Mark Hammer.
